To all Clients, when booking online you will get a reminder that you have a appointment coming up only the day before (24hr before).
 

New Clients who book online and Don't bother to show up or call to cancel their appointments will be banned from booking services online and will have to call and pre-pay for future appointments.
 

Please understand that when you miss an appointment or don't show up, we not only lose your business, but we also missed the opportunity to accommodate other potential clients or clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services for the same time slot.

Note: The Spa will evaluate reasons for no- show or last minute cancellations case by case. We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise and require a last-minute cancellation & rescheduling can occur.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

I require a least 24 hour notice to cancel a appointment.

Clients who canceled less than 24 hours or for not showing up for a schedual appointment. will be  charged a fee of 50.00 % of the service cost on their next appointments.

 

When booking services with a Gift Certificate, Cancellations and No-Shows policy apply.

Please be advised that if you arrive late the duration of your treatment will be shortened so the next client may start their service on time.
